We keep regular hours so you know when to expect a reply. Public holidays may affect these times, and we will update the site if that happens.
If you are a manufacturer or distributor who wants an honest, hands-on review, send us a short description of the product and how it is used in a typical household. We prioritise items that fit our existing categories: kitchen gadgets, phone accessories, household organisers, budget electronics, and small appliances. Please note that we do not accept payment for positive coverage, and every item goes through the same weeks-long testing process.
Sometimes a review leaves you with one more question. Maybe the sizing chart was unclear, or you want to know how a gadget behaves with a specific kettle or phone model. We read every message and answer with the same plain-spoken honesty we use in our reviews.
If you are unsure whether an item suits your household, send us the product name and the concern. We will test it or point you to a review that already covers it.
For detailed questions about a specific product, include the model name and what you are comparing it with. Photos of a sizing issue help too.
